Our Firm
The partners and professional staff of Bella, Hermida, Hurn & Stertzer would like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about how our firm can help accomplish your financial and accounting objectives.Founded in 1951 by Nicholas J. Bella, the firm was originally based in Plant City, Florida. Eventually, an additional office was opened in Tampa, Florida to better serve our clients. During these last 58 years, the firm's name has also undergone some changes. However, the values on which the firm was founded on - integrity, quality, efficiency, and reliability in every aspect of professional accounting and business services - has remained unchanged.
Bella Hermida is a full service accounting firm offering professional services in tax planning and preparation, accounting and bookkeeping services, compilations, reviews, audits, and other business advisory services. We provide professional accounting services to small and medium-sized sole proprietorships, partnerships and LLCs, as well as to large corporations, municipal governments, special taxing districts, and non-profit organizations.
Bella Hermida is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and, as such, is required to have a periodic peer review of its policies and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards. The firm also maintains membership in other organizations, which are listed below.

Public accounting is an industry which has faced and experienced a significant amount of change in the last few years.
